    • Priority Shipping Time: 7–10 business days after shipment

    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £49.00

    We work with reliable logistics providers, which may include 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express, UBI, and other trusted carriers depending on your destination.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 14–20 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier availability.
  • Priority Delivery: Priority shipping usually takes 7–10 business days after shipment.
  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, high order volume, incorrect shipping addresses, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is an issue with your shipment, our customer service team will do our best to assist you and provide available updates.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Tracking Notice:
If your tracking page shows “No information available” or does not update immediately, this does not necessarily mean your order has stopped moving. Tracking information may be delayed while the package is in transit or being transferred between carriers.

Taxes & Duties

  • Taxes and duties may vary depending on the destination and applicable local regulations.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that may be charged by the destination country.
  • Shipping timelines do not include potential customs delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. HelmorinWear is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help review the situation.

If a package is returned or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
