Return Policy Overview: We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order does not meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policy below. Please review the details carefully before starting a return request.
Order Processing & Cancellation: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached, when applicable.
- Non-returnable items: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, scented, or have had tags removed cannot be returned. Items that are no longer in resale condition are also not eligible for return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so our team can review your request.
Return Process:
- Review your order and identify the issue.
- Contact Customer Services: Email us at service@helmorinwear.com with your order number and return reason.
- Confirm Eligibility: Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item qualifies for return or exchange.
- Receive Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided return address and email us the tracking information.
- Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin the refund or exchange process.
Return Address: Please do not send items back to the original shipping address. The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to size selection, change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, HelmorinWear will provide further assistance and may cover the return shipping cost after review and approval.
Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. In some cases, please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return is received for the process to be completed.
Important Notices:
- Authorisation is required: Please do not return items without contacting us first and receiving return approval.
- Original shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- No restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs may still apply depending on the reason for return.
- Returned item condition: Items that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected or sent back to the customer.
